The Gigantes del Cibao website serves as the digital home of one of the Dominican Republic's most beloved basketball teams. The project required a design that conveys the energy of the sport while serving practical needs like schedules, news, and fan engagement. Next.js was the natural choice for its performance and SEO benefits, important for a high-traffic sports site. Framer Motion added dynamism with entrance animations and interactive elements that match the excitement of the game. A key development challenge was building flexible content sections that could accommodate game results, player profiles, and news updates in a visually cohesive way.
